Had some hiccups during my stay, mainly with the room key acting up, which resulted in a surprise birthday plan getting derailed. The pool area seemed a bit neglected, with a not-so-great clean-up — felt more like a forgotten corner than a leisure spot. Plus, the reception area needed attention since most of the toilets were out of order, adding a small inconvenience, especially when hosting events nearby. a couple of minor annoyances but nothing that ruined the experience too badly.

great amenities but lacking winter charm
The restaurant provided exceptional meals from breakfast to dinner with fresh ingredients. The room was clean, spacious, and even had a bath, which is rare in hotels. The staff were lovely and professional, contributing to an enjoyable stay.
The location might not be as appealing in winter months.

the breakfast was excellant with lots of choices! our room was super spacious and very clean. So comfy to sleep in. the staff were pretty friendly too, always there to help out. the pool is a nice spot to chill and unwind after walking around. overall, the location was ideal for our plans as we were looking to visit nearby places.
the noise from a wedding party above us was really annoying and ruined our peaceful dinner. also, the bathroom fan was not working and it made the shower a bit awkward to use.

Breakfast Bliss by the Marina
Had a nice couple of nights here! The marina views were lovely, and the breakfast was fab—so much variety! The room was standard but comfy enough. Only bummer was the shower drainage. water pooled up a bit. Gym facilities were handy too! Just left wanting a bit more from the bathrooms, to be honest.

The breakfast offered a great selection, contributing to a pleasant start to the day, despite occasional delays in replenishing items during busy times. the experience was marred by cleanliness issues in the room, including a filthy toilet upon our return, and a lack of communication regarding events that hindered access to facilities like the bar. the parking situation was inconvenient as assistance was not provided when needed, making it difficult to accommodate a family member in distress.

Had a great time with friends! We loved the retro arcade machine and enjoyed live music during themed nights. The staff were friendly and attentive. Just a heads up, the breakfast was quite busy, so get there early to avoid long waits.
We encountered a noisy wedding above our room, which disrupted our dinner and made it hard to relax. It would be nice if the hotel warned guests about such events.
